Designed for relaxed coastal living, the home offers an open-plan living and dining area downstairs, flowing seamlessly onto the large deck spaces—perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach.

The lower level features all main living facilities, including two comfortable bedrooms, with the main bedroom offering a private ensuite complete with a bath. Upstairs, a spacious loft provides a separate sleeping zone, ideal for older children or additional guests.

Sleeping configuration:

Main Bedroom: 1 x Queen bed (ensuite with bath)

Bedroom 2: 1 x Double bed

Loft area: 1 x Double bed and 2 x Single beds

Additional conveniences include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking which is held on a current credit at your time of stay

PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up. The Double Beds in the loft are also supply only*

  Whilst I arranged the rental, I did not stay at the premises. I'm told by the occupiers that they had a pleasant stay.There is a significant problem for us senior citizens with no bathroom facilities in " the loft".

  Hunter Beach House provided a great space for my family to enjoy our holiday by the beach. The deck was a wonderful place to relax with each other and upstairs an additional space for the kids to enjoy their activities. Some small matters could be easily rectified e.g. providing chux/sponge/dishwashing detergent to allow for washing up items that don't go in dishwasher and flyscreens on sliding doors to allow airflow in the absence of air con.

  We enjoyed our time at the beach house. Overall a great place to stay with all extras that are needed. The place just needed some cleaning. lots of webs and dust and it was a bit musty on arrival. The main lounge is a bit broken and uncomfortable. But it is great to sit on the deck which we did enjoy.

If you had of advised us with the issues during your 6 plus week stay we may of been able to rectify them to make your stay more enjoyable, though we heard nothing until you were leaving.
