The property boasts 3 bedrooms (1 x King, 1 x Queen, 1 x KS with trundle) plus an open modern kitchen and living space that is tastefully furnished in a modern coastal beach theme. The main living space has reverse cycle air conditioning and bedrooms are kept cool with ceiling fans. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine and coffee plunger for guests to use.
Entertainment is provided with guest wifi, TV, DVD (plus small selection of movies), chrome cast, Bluetooth portable speaker and board games.
Pack everything in the beach cart and spend the day watching the waves and building sandcastles, and then come home to the large outdoor BBQ deck, hammock retreat and fenced back garden for the kids to play.

Pet Friendly Property (on application) - pets are strictly forbidden on any furniture including lounges or bedding, and pet waste must be cleaned up prior to leaving the property. This villa also offers full laundry facilities, lock up garage and off street parking.

Strictly no smoking permitted inside property.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking and held against your current credit card.

Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels). Doona's and pillows are provided only.

  We stayed in Diamond Beach for my daughters work experience week. The rental was perfect for our needs giving us a kitchen, laundry and bedroom each so as we had a enough room to move about and not get in one anothers way. Nice touch added was the supplies in the pantry and fridge.

  Cosy, relaxing stay near beach. Great location and tastefully decorated. Not 100% clean with lots of dog hair on couches and a mountain of dust under the beds. Needs more crockery and cutlery otherwise you need to run the dishwasher after 2 meals.

  Lovely little villa with all the amenities and facilities we required. Great location to beach and other landmarks. Only problem we had was the bedroom walls didn't really keep the internal noise out and you could hear the toilet being flushed. Apart from that we had a very nice stay.

  Visiting the area for a Holiday after our eldest son moved close by. House was very clean, spacious and well presented with everything that was needed for comfortable holiday already there. TV reception was average at best but with internet and the smart TV, you could get all the vision that was needed. The weather was perfect and with only a 10 minute walk to the beach, going out was a better option anyway. Local shops included a take away and a Bottle Shop. A large Supermarket was only 10 minutes away by car.
  If we get a chance, we will stay again.
